Your child is always someone special to you. You saw it coming to this world, rather before that also. You saw it growing day by day. But what happens when you are a working woman and your maternity leaves are over? The easiest ways are the day cares. But have you ever thought about the behavioral developments of your kid? What does your child thinks about you? I can bet that very few of us thinks on those lines.

During the first couple of months after birth the child stays almost always with its mother or any other family members. Your Child’s brain slowly develops the senses and it starts to recognize the faces and the out side environment. At this point of time, parents and family is the only person whom the child knows very well. It starts becoming dependent on you.

Suddenly when your child starts going to the day cares or the play schools it sees a whole different world altogether. He sees new faces, voices and things all around him. First his brain takes some time to register the changes and recognize them. Your kid might cry, might not want to go there because he is not accustomed with the new environment and a sense of insecurity work in his mind.

You should spend time with your kid and make him understand that you are going to be together. Play with him and show your love and affection. If possible, drop him at his day care and pick him up on the way back home with a smiling face. When your baby slowly understands and get accustomed with the new environment he will never cry again.
